- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is a review of the practice. I never saw Dr. Cha. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork and check in. I did. In fact, it was immediately after their lunch break and there was only one other person in the waiting room with me. I then waited an hour and was never called from the waiting room to an exam room. When I inquired, they said that I was "next in line" to go back. After another several minutes, I still was not called back , but they said that they were "on the way to the front to get me." Complete BS. I decided to leave. Doctor's offices are quick to tell you that they will charge you if you miss an appointment or fail to cancel without 24-48 hours notice, but they don't mind one bit wasting your time. My time is worth more than this. If your time is not worth anything to you, then by all means, visit this practice.
