  Took my wife there the day after Christmas. The young girl working the front desk ( Kristin) did not want to be at work. Her customer service was horrible. We overheard her pressuring an older couple to pay cash over using a credit card. She had a pissy attitude the hour we were there. She began to check us in and stated that she couldn't verify our insurance and didn't explain our options. We were fed up with her and left. We went to The Little Clinic at Kroger on Main Street. They accepted our insurance and checked us in immediately. We will never go back to Floyd Urgent care. Thank you Little Clinic at Kroger!

  My husband just tried to receive treatment at your urgent care office in Cartersville. He was injured off the job, but because he showed up wearing a work t-shirt, your office declined to see him unless we agreed to pay cash. They refused to run it under our insurance. They accused him a lying about were the injury occurred and felt that it should be filed under workers comp. My husband is a self employed landscaper. He is not required to maintain workers comp in the state of GA, and most workers comp policies exclude the owners. Even if it did happen at work, our health insurance would cover it, because it is not a workers comp claim. However, this shouldn't even matter, because the injury did not happen at work. I find it completely unacceptable that your company would discriminate against my hard working husband.
